1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

Botch Cargo Bikes is the data controller as it processes your data on its own behalf. The contact details of the data controller are:

2. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

As a user, when you browse our Sites and/or use services offered on our sites, Botch Cargo Bikes may collect the following personal data about you:

Botch Cargo Bikes may therefore be required to process your personal data for one of the following purposes:

  • To provide the online sales service of the Save-my-eBike Shop;
  • To communicate with you in the context of providing this service and the related customer service;
  • To carry out statistical analyses for audience measurement and performance measurement;
  • To respond to its legal or administrative obligations;

In the event that your personal data is processed for different purposes, Botch Cargo Bikes will inform you and, where required by law, will obtain your consent in advance.

4. HOW IS YOUR DATA COLLECTED?

Botch Cargo Bikes may collect your data via:

  • The Save-my-eBike shop, particularly when creating a customer account and when placing an order;
  • Exchanges with us, whether you are a customer or a third party.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Botch Cargo Bikes may be required to transfer your data to third parties, if required by legal or regulatory provisions or in the context of legitimate requests from third parties (for example: respect for intellectual property rights, etc.).

6. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is retained in accordance with legal and tax provisions for a period that does not exceed that necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

For each processing and purpose, Botch Cargo Bikes has defined a maximum retention period for the data, proportionate to the purpose and objective pursued.

In accordance with current regulations, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent to you within 2 months of receiving the request.

8. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKERS

Your browsing on the Botch Cargo Bikes websites may result in the use of "cookies".

Botch Cargo Bikes informs users that it has no control over the content of third-party sites or the practices of these third parties regarding the personal data they may collect.
