1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

ZAYEBIKES REFAB is the data controller as it processes your data on its own behalf. The contact details of the data controller are:

2. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

As a user, when you browse our Sites and/or use services offered on our sites, ZAYEBIKES REFAB may collect the following personal data about you:

  • Identification data: first name and surname, user ID, IP address;
  • Contact data: postal and email address, phone number;
  • Data relating to interactions between the customer and ZAYEBIKES REFAB: cookies, payment methods used, email exchanges;

Whatever the collection method envisaged, ZAYEBIKES REFAB is committed to informing its users:

  • Of the purposes of the processing carried out;
  • Of the mandatory or optional nature of the information requested and the possible consequences of a failure to respond;

3. WHAT USE IS MADE OF THE COLLECTED DATA?

ZAYEBIKES REFAB may process your personal data, as applicable, on the basis of a legal obligation, your consent, a contractual relationship with you and/or for the pursuit of its legitimate interests.

ZAYEBIKES REFAB may therefore be required to process your personal data for one of the following purposes:

  • To provide the online sales service of the Save-my-eBike Shop;
  • To communicate with you in the context of providing this service and the related customer service;
  • To carry out statistical analyses for audience measurement and performance measurement;
  • To respond to its legal or administrative obligations;

In the event that your personal data is processed for different purposes, ZAYEBIKES REFAB will inform you and, where required by law, will obtain your consent in advance.

4. HOW IS YOUR DATA COLLECTED?

ZAYEBIKES REFAB is likely to collect your data via:

  • The Save-my-eBike shop, particularly when creating a customer account and when placing an order;
  • Exchanges with us, whether you are a customer or a third party.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

ZAYEBIKES REFAB may be required to transfer your data to third parties, if required by legal or regulatory provisions or in the context of legitimate requests from third parties (for example: respect for intellectual property rights, etc.).

These transfers are governed either by standard contractual clauses or by data protection agreements (DPAs) concluded with the relevant parties, or by the provisions of Article 49, 1, b of the GDPR.

6. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is retained in accordance with legal and tax provisions for a period that does not exceed that necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

For each processing and purpose, ZAYEBIKES REFAB has defined a maximum retention period for the data, proportionate to the purpose and objective pursued.

by providing your name, surname, email address, and if possible, your customer reference.

In accordance with current regulations, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent to you within 2 months of receiving the request.

8. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKERS

Your browsing on the ZAYEBIKES REFAB sites may result in the use of "cookies".

Cookies are files installed on your computer or smartphone. They allow us to store information related to your browsing on our Sites and mobile applications.

The maximum retention period for cookies is 13 months from the day you gave your consent to the integration of the said cookie. Upon the expiration of this period, your consent will be required again.

ZAYEBIKES REFAB uses two types of cookies:

• Audience measurement cookies and other trackers that may help us establish audience statistics for our sites. These are not intrusive, and we use the Umami tool which complies with GDPR requirements in Europe.

ZAYEBIKES REFAB takes all necessary precautions, as well as appropriate technical and organisational measures, to preserve the security of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

ZAYEBIKES REFAB informs users that it has no control over the content of third-party sites or the practices of these third parties regarding the personal data they may collect.

Consequently, ZAYEBIKES REFAB declines all responsibility regarding the processing of your personal data by these third parties.
